-    المؤهل والخبرة:-

1.  بكالوريوس زراعة أو علوم.

2.  خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات فى الصناعات الغذائية يفضل خبرة فى(التوابل أو الصوصات ميزة إضافية).

-    المهارات المطلوبة:-

·        مراقبة العمليات الإنتاجية وضمان مطابقة المنتجات للمواصفات وخطط أخذ العينات.

·        متابعة تطبيق إجراءات GMP و HACCP فى خطوط الإنتاج والمخازن.

·        تحليل النتائج المعملية الفورية واتخاذ قرارات القبول/الرفض.

·        إعداد تقارير دورية عن حالة الجودة ورفعها لمدير الجودة .

·        التحقيق فى الشكاوى وحالات عدم المطابقة واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية.

·        تدريب وتوجيه مهندسى ومشرفى الجودة الجدد أثناء العمل.

·        فهم قوى لـ SPC وخطط أخذ العينات.

·        إجادة استخدام أجهزة القياس المعملية وبرامج MS Office.

·        القدرة على العمل بنظام الشفتات وتحمل ضغط العمل.

·        مهارات تواصل وكتابة تقارير واضحة.

·        يفضَّل الإقامة بالعاشر من رمضان أو ما يجاورها

2-    مهندس مراقبة جودة (QC Engineer) 

-    المؤهل والخبرة:-

1.     بكالوريوس زراعة أو علوم.

2.     خبرة سنة واحدة على الأقل فى الصناعات الغذائية .

-    المهام الرئيسية:-

·        إجراء اختبارات الجودة الروتينية للمواد الخام والمنتجات النهائية.

·        توثيق النتائج وتحديث سجلات الجودة وقواعد البيانات.

·        متابعة تطبيق إجراءات النظافة والصحة المهنية داخل مناطق الإنتاج.

·        معايرة الأجهزة والتحقق من صلاحية أدوات القياس.

·        متابعة سير العمليات الانتاجية وضمان مطابقتها للمواصفات .

·        أساسيات HACCP و GMP.

·        دقة عالية فى تدوين البيانات ومتابعة التفاصيل.

·        القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والتنسيق مع الأقسام المختلفة.

·        إجادة MS Excel وأنظمة ERP بسيطة.

·        يُفضَّل السكن بالعاشر من رمضان أو المناطق القريبة.

·        مرونة لتغطية بعض الورديات المسائية حسب الحاجة.

Demand Planner

 For immediate hiring we are looking for Demand Planner positions Full-time in a Egyptian European co. for Food products is a One of the leading companies in the food industry to join our team:

Job Requirements:

 • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning, preferably within FMCG.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Proficiency in Excel and demand planning tools/software (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle, Demand Solutions, etc.).

• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and S&OP processes.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a rolling 12–18-month demand forecast at SKU level using historical data, market trends, and input from commercial teams.

• Lead the monthly demand planning cycle and facilitate consensus meetings as part of the S&OP process.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing to incorporate new product launches, promotions, and market intelligence into the forecast.

• Monitor forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Analyze and report on forecast accuracy, bias, and key KPIs (e.g., MAPE, WAPE, Forecast Accuracy by Category).

• Work closely with supply planners and procurement to ensure alignment between demand and supply plans.

• Identify demand risks and opportunities, and proactively communicate with stakeholders to mitigate issues.

• Utilize demand planning tools (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle, Kinaxis, O9, or Excel-based tools) to manage forecasts.

• Support inventory optimization initiatives, ensuring targeted service levels while minimizing working capital.

• Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance demand planning systems and reporting capabilities.

Your responsibilities include:

    Lead and participate as Functional leader/Advisor in different Service activity streams such as Gap Analysis and Solution design , POCs, Demonstrations requirements gathering, business analysis, projects’ delivery, Quality assurance with other Oracle teams at client locations or offshore teams for various activities.

    Document / review Requirement Specifications Documents

    Analyze business requirements, participate in functional design and document / review Functional Specification documents.

    Travel as required to client locations onsite (within and outside MEA) on need basis for implementations and participate in product walkthrough and POC workshops.

    During implementations, work with all onsite collaborators and client personnel to ensure project success.

    Use defined standards/tools/processes to achieve work that meet quality expectations of Oracle / Client.

    Document all work in accordance with agreed standards/processes applicable for Oracle / Client.

    Adhere to defined Change Control Process of Oracle / Client. Align with Oracle / Client audit / compliance requirements.

    Perform accurate handover / knowledge transfer at end of each assignment.

Responsibilities

Primary Skills and requirements

    Worked in the following as Functional consultant   SCM

    10+ years of Experience of in Oracle applications, SaaS and PaaS solutions, at least 6+ years in SaaS implementations. 

    You must be a self-starter and be able to work independently and with teams

    You possess detailed functional knowledge of Oracle SaaS (eBusiness Suite is a plus), within at least one industry.

    You should have the ability to collaborate and connect with client Business Teams independently

    You should be able to analyze solution approaches, estimations, standard methodologies, project risks and recommendations

    You should be able to understand client requirements and map them to ‘off-the-shelf’ products or product features to decide whether they would be more suitable than building a new system from scratch

    You should be able to participate and lead, when needed, the project meetings and Product-Walkthrough workshops with the Customer

    You possess excellent analytical, presentation and communications skills, demonstrable ability to translate business requirements into technology specifications

    You possess excellent knowledge of at least one industry’s terminologies, concepts, and processes

    You possess good communication & documentation skills in English, Arabic is sreongly recommended.

    Experience in implementation and / or support of Oracle SaaS.

    Should hold at least a bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent degree

    You should be willing to work at offshore as well as travel to client locations for short, medium, or long duration assignments

    Should be willing to work in shifts

    Should be willing to take up Oracle SaaS certifications in functional areas as and when required.

    Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced and exciting environment

    Solid Understanding on more than one business industries.

    Knowledge of FMW/PaaS development tools is a plus.

Other  Skills

    You possess knowledge of basic SQL query writing, Report writing, Workflow / dashboard creation
