- Able to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Soft skilled enough for complaint handling and train users
- Good search skills
- Network knowledge

- Age: not more than 30
- Exp: 1-2 years

- Install and configure hardware and software
- Indoor remote sessions
- Outdoor support visits
- Reporting and documentation
- Research and development
- 5 Working days per week and 9 working hours
