What we are looking for
Experience of planning and executing projects of varying size and complexity.
Experience of partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships across the organisation.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage numerous projects with competing priorities.
High energy, sense of optimism, curiosity, urgency and responsiveness.
Ability to create executive summaries, reports, process guidelines, documents/proposals etc.
Good Presentation skills (Fluent English essential, additional language(s) a plus).
Strong Team player – able to contribute through collaboration and create most effective solutions for business needs.
Experience operating in an international environment.
Results driven with a strong ‘can do’ attitude.
Responsibilities
What you will do
This person will be responsible for creating, managing and executing various projects to standardise and strengthen HR practice across the organisation.
Plan, coordinate and execute projects including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues and dependencies.
Establish consistency in HR practices across all lines of business in areas such as
Organisational restructure & change programmes.
Retention & Development activities.
Compensation planning activities (stock, bonus, salary budgets).
Reduction in Force management.
Integration of acquired companies/employees.
Develop and support the regional HR team.
Data Analysis and Reporting - where applicable, provide data analysis and reporting, working in partnership with HR Leadership.
Report on project progress and status.
Collaborate with EMEA HR, Local Country HR, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development, Finance and Business Operations teams.
