Job Description


First contact for prospects of Oracle business via outbound calls. Qualifies Oracle prospects and produces quality leads for the Oracle Sales Force.Acts as the first contact for many prospects in Oracle business via outbound calls. Qualifies Oracle prospects and produces quality leads for the Oracle Sales Force. Performs database and record keeping activities.0-2 years related experience. Able to demonstrate time management, basic telesales skills, and knowledge of Oracle products and services. Goal oriented individual with superior communication skills. Able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to communicate using technical concepts. Working knowledge of Oracle products a plus but not necessary. Professional demeanor. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures.



Responsibilities


 What you will do


·       You will act as an influencer, using your communication skills to generate demand for Oracle solutions. You will engage potential customers using both inbound and outbound business development techniques to proactively match our solutions to their business challenges.


·       You will Identify new business opportunities for Oracle’s product offering


·       Analyze customer needs in terms of current business challenges.


·       Engage with the decision making units of client organisations and proactively present Oracle solutions relevant to their business.


·       You will use a variety of tools including but not limited to social media, internet, web-based tools and outbound calling.


·       Design and create influence maps by identifying the right persons.


·       Help customer unlock the potential of their business by developing meaningful conversation.


·       Achieve a high level of collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams by developing and delivering against the joint targets and account development strategies.


What you will bring


·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to have meaningful conversations with customers and to communicate across several business units in the organization.


·       Understanding of key competitive technologies and ability to articulate the advantages of Oracle’s technology


·       Ability to handle objections.


·       Strong time management skills, Self-motivation, passionate to learn and grow in technology.


·       Ability to work in teams and embrace change.


·      Fluency in English and Arabic
